Please follow the steps below to turn on or off your Weenect XS. You need to use the orange ON/OFF button to perform this operation. Currently, it is not possible to activate or deactivate the tracker remotely.
To turn on the tracker:
To turn on your tracker, press and hold the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds. You will hear a beep sound, and the LED light will briefly turn green and red.
To turn off the tracker:
Press the ON/OFF button three times in a row. You will feel a slight vibration, and the LED light will briefly turn yellow.
How to check if the Traceur XS is turned on or off?
To verify whether your Weenect XS is turned on or off, follow these simple steps:
- Press the ON/OFF button once. You should feel a small vibration if the device is turned on.
- Wait for a few minutes, then check the Weenect app. If it continues to indicate that the tracker is turned off/not connected, it may mean that it is currently not connected to the local network.
