What Are the General Conditions for Returns?

Your return is subject to the following conditions:

  • A return address is necessary to send a replacement product.
  • Special orders cannot be returned.
  • All replacement products will be shipped once PetSafe® and Kurgo® have received and processed the defective product returned by the customer. A new tracking number will be sent to the customer upon shipping of the replacement product.
  • Any refund will be made according to the original payment method.

PetSafe® and Kurgo® cannot be held responsible for incorrect product orders by the customer; any refusals will be refunded once shipping costs are deducted.

 

What Should I Do If a Package Is Damaged?

If a package arrives damaged, it is best for the customer to refuse it. If the customer signs for the package upon delivery and keeps it, they should note the damages at the time of signing in order to file a claim with the carrier.

Before returning the product, the customer needs to contact Customer Service to obtain the form that must be included in the package.
