Claim Procedure
To make the most of your warranty, register your product within 30 days. You will then benefit from the full product warranty, and if you need to contact customer service, they will be able to assist you more quickly. Most importantly, your personal information will never be shared or sold to third parties.
PLEASE NOTE that it is essential for customer service to receive the claim no later than the last day of the warranty date. Late claims will not be considered.
This warranty applies to all goods purchased from an authorized Radio Systems dealer in the countries covered by customer service. This warranty does not confer any rights other than those expressly stated above and does not cover any claims for indirect loss or damage, including (but not limited to) accidental damage, improper use, negligence, tampering, and damage caused by lightning to underground fence systems. The buyer assumes all risks and responsibilities associated with the use of this product, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
This warranty is an additional coverage and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Additional written copies of the Warranty can be obtained upon written request to customer service at the address below. Please include a stamped envelope with your address for each copy of the warranty you request. This Warranty is governed by English and Welsh law and applies to all products purchased from January 1, 2009.
PLEASE NOTE that the retailer from whom you purchased the product CANNOT provide your information to RSPEL without your consent. This is due to the regulation EC 2016/679 (the "GDPR") regarding the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.
