Returning Your Purchase
No-Objection Returns
Returns are accepted without objection within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. The product price, including VAT, will be refunded as long as the item is received by our warehouses intact and in a resalable condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded. You will need to cover the cost or fees associated with returning your product to our warehouses. Our customer service teams will assist you with the return of your purchase.
Defective / Faulty Products
The PetSafe® and Kurgo® brands are committed to providing their customers with the best quality products and services. However, on rare occasions, products may be defective. If your product is defective and its warranty period has not expired, they offer either an appropriate replacement if an equivalent product is available. If no equivalent product is available, they will offer a full refund, including VAT. PetSafe® and Kurgo® reserve the right to refund the purchase price of the product as well as the original shipping costs. The customer service teams will assist you.
