Thank you for choosing PetSafe® and Kurgo® brands. This warranty applies to products purchased from January 1, 2009. To benefit from the best protection of your warranty, register your product within 30 days. By registering and keeping your receipt, you will enjoy the full product warranty, and if you ever need to contact customer service, they can assist you more quickly. Most importantly, they will never disclose, give, or sell your valuable information to anyone.
Terms and Conditions of the Warranty
PetSafe® and Kurgo® products come with a 2-year warranty against material and manufacturing defects from the date of purchase (the "Warranty"). This Warranty does not cover replacement flaps for pet doors. This Warranty only covers the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to a third party. Under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999, this Warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
At the sole discretion of Radio Systems PetSafe Europe Ltd (hereinafter "Radio Systems"), this product may be repaired or replaced (in whole or in part) with new or refurbished parts, free of charge for 2 years from the date of purchase, provided that the following conditions are met:
The warranty has been registered within 30 days of the initial purchase. To register the product, contact the customer service.
- Receipt, invoice or proof of purchase is MANDATORY to benefit the warranty.
- Instructions for use and installation have been properly followed and are in accordance with the user manual.
- This product has been used solely for its intended purpose and in accordance with the user manual.
- This product has not been subjected to misuse or neglect.
- This product has been purchased for personal use and not for commercial purposes.
- This product has not been repaired, except by us or authorized dealers.
