How to take a Subscription?

It is important to note that each Weenect tracker is equipped with its own SIM card and therefore requires an individual subscription. This ensures optimal network connectivity for each device. As a result, it is not possible to use one subscription for several trackers.

 

Subscribe via the mobile app

First login:

After registering your tracker in the Weenect app, you will automatically be asked to choose a subscription:

  1. Select the plan you want

  2. Select the options

  3. Proceed to payment

 

Once payment is completed, your tracker is immediately activated and ready to use.

 

Manage your subscription

If you are already a Weenect user and would like to manage an existing subscription:

  1. Go to the “Tracker” tab

  2. Open the “Subscription and options” menu

  3. Click “Manage my subscription”

You will then be able to:

  • Change your subscription plan

  • Cancel or reactivate automatic renewal

  • Subscribe again if your subscription has expired

 

Subscribe via your online personal account

You can also complete all these steps on my.weenect.com

First login:

After registering your tracker on the web app, you will also need to choose a subscription plan and options.

 

Once your choice is made, simply proceed to payment to activate your tracker.

 

Manage your subscription

To manage an active subscription:

  1. Click on the relevant tracker

  2. In the left-hand menu, select “Subscription”

You will be able to:

  • Change your plan

  • Cancel or reactivate automatic renewal

  • Subscribe again if you no longer have an active subscription

 

 

Payment methods

To subscribe, you can pay by:

  • Credit/debit card

  • Bank direct debit

These payment methods allow you to activate your service easily and securely.

Each plan provides the same real-time GPS tracking features and access to all Weenect app options.

 

💡 Good to know:
You have 30 days to change your mind after subscribing. During this period, you can request a full refund with no conditions.
