This procedure guarantees uninterrupted use of our services. Upon renewal, payment is made using the same payment method as for the initial subscription, ensuring a smooth and worry-free transition.
Payment Terms and Subscription Renewal
1-Year and 3-Year Subscriptions: Payment is made in one installment at the beginning of the commitment period. We send an order confirmation upon receipt of payment. If payment is not received within 5 working days, the order and associated services will be canceled. For 1-year and 3-year subscriptions, tacit renewal takes place at the end of the respective period. Customers can cancel this renewal from their personal space up to one month before the end of the subscription.
Flexible No-Commitment Subscription: The flexible no-commitment subscription offers more flexibility. It starts with an initial three-month period, followed by a tacit monthly renewal. Customers can cancel this renewal at any time up to 48 hours before the end of the current month, directly from their personal space.
