Accessing Subscription Management
Adjusting your Weenect subscription to better suit your needs is a straightforward and quick process. To start, open the Weenect app on your smartphone or go to your personal space via my.weenect.com.
Choosing a New Plan
Once in the app or on the site, navigate to the "Subscription" section. Here, you will find the option "Manage Subscription". Select it to access the list of available plans. Take your time to review the different options and choose the one that best fits your current situation.
Transition to the New Subscription
When you have made your choice, the new subscription plan will take effect on the expiry date of your current plan. This ensures a smooth transition without any interruption of service.
💡 Did You Know?
Make sure all payments for your current subscription are up to date before making a change. For subscriptions paid by bank transfer, keep in mind that there may be a processing delay of up to seven days between the deduction and the confirmation of payment.
