Automatic Subscription Renewal

At Weenect, we value continuity and ease of use. That's why our fixed-term subscriptions (1 year, 2 years, 3 years and 5 years) renew automatically at the end of their commitment period, for an identical duration. This process guarantees uninterrupted use of our services. When your subscription renews, payment is taken using the same payment method as your initial subscription, ensuring a smooth, hassle-free transition. You'll receive an email before every automatic renewal; this notification doesn't apply to the monthly subscription or to the options.

Payment Terms and Subscription Renewal

1-Year, 2-Year, 3-Year and 5-Year Subscriptions: Payment is taken in full at the start of the commitment period. We send an order confirmation as soon as payment is received. If a payment fails, we give the customer a few days to update their payment method; if the situation isn't resolved, the order and the associated services will be canceled. For 1-year, 2-year, 3-year and 5-year subscriptions, the tacit renewal takes place at the end of the relevant period. Customers can cancel this renewal at any time, right up to the renewal date itself, from their personal space. The 3-year plan is no longer available to new subscribers: it remains available only as a renewal option for customers who already had it.

Monthly Subscription: The monthly subscription has no commitment period. It renews every month, and customers can cancel it at any time directly from their personal space.

Serenity Pack and Premium Pack: The Serenity Pack and the Premium Pack are our two options; they're independent of the main subscription and billed monthly. You can cancel them at any time in your personal space. As with the monthly subscription, they don't come with a reminder email before renewal.
