Our trackers are covered by a two-years manufacturer’s warranty.
This warranty covers tracker malfunction so long as it is not caused by an impact or breakage or failure to follow the usage instructions. To claim under the warranty, the customer must have a subscription and payments must be up to date.
For your information, we propose a multirisk warranty option at $3.99 per month.
By subscribing to this option, the customer can receive a replacement tracker when his tracker is broken or lost.
