What the Serenity Pack includes

Support if your pet goes missing:
If your pet gets lost despite using your GPS tracker, our team will actively assist you throughout your search:
- Creation of a personalized, downloadable poster
- Sending of a search guide tailored to your country
- Publication of an online listing
- Follow-up call from our team
How to activate the Serenity Pack?
For just £3.46/month, you can activate the Serenity Pack directly from the Weenect app:
- Go to the "My account" tab
- Tap the "Payment and subscription" tile, then "Subscription and options"
- Select "Serenity Pack" and follow the instructions
You can enable or disable this option at any time from the app or your personal account at my.weenect.com.

- Were you subscribed to the multi-risk warranty? Great news: you will automatically be switched to the Serenity Pack with no action required on your part. Same price, more services.
- If you prefer not to share your contact details, our team will not be able to publish a listing on your behalf. They will still reach out to walk you through the available alternatives.
