The multi-risk warranty is a coverage included in the Serenity Pack, a comprehensive assistance option designed to support you when the unexpected happens. It protects your tracker against loss, theft, and accidental damage, so you're never left without a way to find your companion.
What the Multi-Risk Warranty covers
The Weenect Multi-Risk Warranty covers:
- Loss of the tracker
- Theft of the tracker
- Accidental damage to the tracker
If needed, contact our customer service by email or phone to request a replacement. The multi-risk warranty allows a maximum of 3 replacements. Beyond these 3 replacements, the warranty will be automatically cancelled by Weenect and you will no longer be charged for this service.

Transferring subscription to the new tracker
Upon receiving your new tracker, transferring your existing subscription is simple and quick:
- Go to the settings of your tracker in the Weenect app.
- Choose the "Replace Tracker" option and follow the instructions to link your subscription to the new tracker.
How to activate the Multi-Risk Warranty through the Serenity Pack?
For just £3.46/month, you can activate the Serenity Pack directly from the Weenect app:
- Go to the "My account" tab
- Tap the "Payment and subscription" tile, then "Subscription and options"
- Select "Serenity Pack" and follow the instructions
You can enable or disable this option at any time from the app or your personal account at my.weenect.com.
