If you are not satisfied with your tracker and would like to request a refund, you have a 30-day window to do so.
To initiate the refund process, please reach out to us by sending an email to family@weenect.com or by filling out the contact form.
Make sure to include your order details and reason for the refund request. Once approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the tracker and its components in their original box and in perfect condition.
Upon receiving the returned items, we will issue a total refund for your order.
Amazon orders:
If you have purchased the tracker through Amazon, we kindly request that you initiate the return process directly with Amazon.
They will provide you with the necessary instructions and guidelines for returning the item.
Once the return is processed by Amazon, please reach out to us at family@weenect.com or through the contact form to discuss the refund for the subscription portion.
