Once you have received your Weenect tracker and are ready to activate the subscription, follow these simple steps:

Ensure that you have the tracker available as you will need to enter the tracker IMEI number during the activation process. The tracker IMEI consists of 15 numbers and can be found on the back of the device.

Download the Weenect app on your smartphone or tablet, or visit the website Weenect.

Create an account and log in. Select the option to activate a tracker to initiate the process of purchasing your subscription plan.

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the subscription purchase and activation. Once completed, your tracker will be ready to use, and you can start tracking your pet
