Why is the date displayed under the tracker name not the same as the date of the last position?

As you can see on the picture, two connection times are displayed. They do not mean the same thing, that is why it is important to know how to differentiate them:

  • 1: The time displayed under the tracker name indicates the time since the last connection to our system. If the time is too long, it means that the tracker is having trouble connecting to the network.
  • 2: The time displayed below indicates the time when the tracker sent its last GPS position. A long time (as on the picture) can indicate that your tracker is immobile, or that it has difficulties to find a GPS signal (few satellites 📡🛰️).

In our case, the tracker is not having trouble finding a new GPS position, however it has been still for 4 hours.
