What is the Weenect & KONG Christmas Bundle ?
Available from November 30 to December 22, 2024, this special bundle comes in two versions for dogs and cats.
For each bundle sold, Weenect donates €5 to BooGlaw (France) or Tierheim Berlin (Germany) shelters, in partnership with KONG, who also provides a toy for their residents. Make a difference for your pet and for animals waiting for adoption!
How to activate my tracker?
To start using your Weenect tracker, follow these simple steps to set it up and add it to your account on the mobile app.
1. Charge and Turn On the Tracker
First, ensure your tracker is fully charged. Once charged, turn it on by pressing and holding the power button (for more details, see the dedicated articles). (link)
2. Create a Weenect Account and Connect the Tracker
Download the Weenect app and create an account if you haven't already. Then follow the instructions in the app to connect your tracker to your account. This step establishes a connection and displays your tracker’s location in real time.
How do I benefit from the 3-month subscription included in the pack?
Once your tracker is connected to your Weenect app, your 3 months will be automatically activated.
